New haircut from Bang's Tony & Jackey :)

So on my last post you see that my haircut is different on the 4 pictures. I finally experienced having a haircut @ Bang's Tony & Jackey! (SM San Lazaro branch)
Let me share to you my thoughts. I regret not getting pictures inside the salon! It feels awkward being a blogger sometimes. When you want to get a picture of something because you want to put it in your blog but there are a lot of people inside the salon and there's a cute korean guy just around the corner. Hahaha.

At fist I was like, how am i gonna let the hairstylists know what cut I want?
Then I found out that they have a book of hairstyles which are all adorable for me that you can choose from.
There are pinay employees too to guide you while picking.

So usual stuff, they shampooed my hair and conditioned, blow-dried it and let the stylist do her thang.
I got Water. She's a female, 30-ish of age I believe. But she cut my hair really nice!
And I really like it. She even told me in English that the cut she made for me is very manageable. With Korean accent of course. :D

So here is my before picture:
I had my hair rebonded @ Reyes Haircutters. They used Loreal Extenso which is the only product who can tame my hair. :D

After:

I have bangs now and a medium length layered hair~ I forgot to ask the stylist what they call this type of hair style. ^__^
Overall, i'm very happy with how it framed my face and omg bangs :D

DESIGN: ! I like the halo effect of the lenses when I put it on. 5/5 chobits

Up-close.

Enlargement: It's just 14.00 mm but it makes my eyes really huge. 5/5 chobits

Comfort: Others doesn't have a problem with this lenses but it stings my eyes bigtime everytime I wear it. Especially on my left eye. Is it because it's has a higher grade than my right eye? I got gradeless lenses though. Let me know if you experienced this too though I think it's not with the lense but with my eyes. Hahaha.
Anyways, it only gets 3/5 chobits for me.

Customer Service: Val is very accomodating and the delivery is fast. I purchased it on 12/21 and it came on the 24th! I thought I'm gonna receive it after Christmas but I think she was able to ship it just in time. ^__^
I also love the fact that she sent me the details of the package like where to track and all those information other online sellers dont initiate to do. They just tell you those things if you ask. So she gets 5/5 chobits. Hahaha. (Excuse this chobits thing, I'm really into it right now.)

Overall: 4/5!

Etude House Bubble Hair Color in Sweet Orange

I'm back!
I've been so busy and I really hate it. Bye bye lotsa free time because I'm a college student again.
Scratch that. A working student this time.
Btw, i dyed my hair again and I wanna show you how it turned out. :)

My first DIY hair color is the Etude House Bubble Hair Color in Natural Brown (please check out my review and instructions tips for it here, it's my first ever review ^__^)
Now, I used the same product but with a new shade which is in Sweet Orange.

Photos or it didn't happen! hahaha.

Sometimes, when i'm outside it looks so orange... Which i kinda like really. MY hair is just really stubborn when I do DIY hair coloring. It looks uneven. So it turns out to be like I have orange highlights.

~perfection~ Hahaha.

It still gets a 10 rating from me.

Hello readers! Been so long since I last posted, like a week maybe? So busy with work that after a long day, I just clean my face, check my email then go to sleep. Boring aight? I got sick too last Friday so I was not able to go out during my rest day. ~_~
Sooooo... I decided to play with make-up! I tried my all-time favorite look which is the Gyaru one. I placed a definition up there for those who does not know what Gyaru means. ^__^

*Note: Now this isn't going to be a tutorial, I need to practice taking clear pictures of the procedures so I can help you (If you're in need of it) next time. Don't worry, I will surely do in the future!

I also played with different hairstyles that day. Teheee.... :))

The eye make-up could've been better if I am wearing circle lenses. But I'm currently staying away from them because I'm wearing prescription glasses :( But I load up with mascara on the up and bottom lashes then I put a white eyeliner on my bottom waterline to make the eyes look bigger.

I dont know how you call this hairstyle really but i call it the hair pooff. Hahaha. My messy bookshelf/vanity place on the background!

Hello there! It's been so long since I am able to write a blog post for you guys, so I deeply apologize for that.
Let me first tell you some updates in my quirky life in bullets:

School is cool. I'm going back to study again. But there's a twist. I'll be working at the same time. Wish me luck!
My poor eyesight is making me suffer. Got checked by an opthalmologist and I was a little bit shocked that my eye really needs graded glasses. 50/75. @_@
My lovelife! Well.... It's still zero. Sucks. Hahahaha

Will I repurchase?
YES. But different eye pallettes and different ELF products. I'm digging their line currently.

I started using The Body Shop products only this year and this is my first time to use a skin care range from them. I have always used cheap local ones until Etude House came to the Philippines and I used their facial washes. But then, I ended up trying a different brand for a toner, another one for moisturizer and I just don't see the results. Maybe because of the products. Maybe because I'm using different products on my face. It was hard for me to know if a product works. I know. It's not the smart way, forgive me. hahaha.
So I decided to give this one a try. (First read it on Helen's blog when she joined one of TBS event. This girl right here made me decide to check out TBS products and now I'm one happy camper.)

Alright so let's now jump to my review.

Note: Been using this product for 5 days now and here are my insights on it.
What I like about it:

~ The idea of having a starter kit. It's a good way to test out products without spending your moolaht immediately on a product without knowing if it would work or not. The starter kit costs PHP 995 or around $22. If you buy each product, the bigger ones, it's gonna be around PHP 2000 or $50.
~ Facial Cleanser: It's gentle on my skin. After using the wash, my face's squeaky clean.
~ Toner: The toner does a good job on removing make-up remains on the face.You can feel a little bit of tightness after the cleanser and toner (which I like).
~ The starter kit includes a night cream and a mattifying day cream. The mattifying day cream can actually be use as a make-up base.
~ The cooling effect. It's so refreshing. Remember using an anti-dandruff shampoo on your hair, that's how it feels like, only this time it's for the face. ^___^

What I don't like about it:

~ After the first application, I got a red bump when I woke up. On my second try, the bump's still there but it didn't continue to be a zappy zit. I guess it's just my skin's first reaction to the products. Now after 5 days, no more zit when I wake up after sleep.
~ The smell. At first, I was like 'oh no, the smell. It smells like. i dunno." Because i really can't explain how it smells. Never smelled seaweeds before. Hahaha. If you reside here in the Philippines, the scent of this product smells like the Head & Shoulders Anti-dandruff shampoo. Probably because they have menthol ingredients. It's not that terrible don't worry. It's just not that gentle on the nose. Hahaha. So some may be able to tolerate it like me, some may not.
~ Speaking of the menthol ingredients, i read some reviews of this range that it dries out parts of their face. I'm thinking maybe because of it? Or maybe the products not really compatible with their skin.

Will I purchase again?
Oh yes! 9/10 is my rating (I deducted 1 point for the dislike)
I'd buy the bigger ones after I finished it. I will really save up for it. Besides, it's the right time for me to invest on a good skin care line. So if you're like me who has a combination skin, oily on the T-zone and dry on the other parts of the face, this product is for you. ^__^

Hi guys, I know I've a good rating to this product on the original date, but as of now, after 2 weeks of using the product. I have come to decision to stop using it for my face. I got a big zit on my chin and it took me awhile to get rid of it. I have not used any new product by the time I am using this one. I also notice dryness on my chin after days of using it.

My rating now goes down to 5/10. Sad.

My realization. Test out products for like a month before doing a review. Sorry guys... :(

Whales are wonderful singers and have even recorded CDs.

I myself is 5 pounds heavier than the weight that i should be at based on my age and height.
I am overweight.
That feels good.
If it's my 18 years old who will be writing this post, i bet she can't even say that out loud.
I am by no means skinny nor am I obese. I feel that I am a good size (now) even if some consider me a little heavy. I am happy and that is all that matters.
If you stop and think about it there is something to laugh about each and everyday of your life. No matter how hard times are and how often you get dumped on the ground, you can always laugh your heart out. Besides when you smile a lot it makes people wonder what you are up too.

So be happy. Accept what God gave us, and don't mind the bitches saying you need to be what they want you to be.

It's my rest day today and it has been raining the whole day so I wasn't able to go out to the mall or something. But it was also a happy day for me because I stalked one of the Korean popstars that is the love of my life at the moment over the internet. Yes, you heard it right. Floral Love (quick update)

I'm making this quick post to let everybody know that I'm still alive.Hahaha. Been busy with work as it's the last week of September and the deadlines are all at the end of the month. Whew! Lucky me, I'm kinda doing well on how I perform at work... Wooohooo....

Well since this would be a real quick post, I just wanna share to you one of my current floral dress. I love floral outfits because they make me look oh-so-girly. Perfect for dates or dinners with family. But today I wore this at work and got a lot of compliments because of it.

So it's an off shoulder dress about 5 inches below my waist.
It has a thin garter on the waist which hugs my curves very well. Paired it with skinny jeans and an owl necklace to complete that vintage vibe. :))

Note: I bought this dress at a thrift store (ukay-ukay) near my work for only P250. I saw a dresses like this at the mall and they cost P500 and above so I'm really a happy camper after buying this. :))

Review: Etude House Apricot Stick #8 + DIY Instagram pics

Hi gals! It was raining the whole day today because of a new typhoon named "Pedring." It has been raining as soon as I open my eyes up until now that I'm about to sleep. So I decided to make a review of a lip product that I purchased at Etude House.

I was out for a primer that day when I saw this lippie at Etude House for a cheap price. I thought of trying it out so I got Apricot Stick in #8. They have 8 shades to choose from which mostly are in range of pink shades.

Let's move now to my review!

**Likes**

~ I got the #8 because I love red lippies. They instantly brighten up your look when you're having those lazy days.

~ It smells like cherry. For me. I don't know how the other smells like. I bet they're yummy scents too. ^__^

~ It's a lip balm but has a gloss in it.

~ Moisturize my lips very well.

**Dislikes**

~ For some, you may not like how the product is a stick-type because it's hard to apply.

**Will I repurchase?

YES. I'd like to try the pink ones too!

Review: Nose Patches (Beauty Credit & Bench Nose Strips)

Hello dolls! I'm back and I feel like making a review for a nose patch. The dark spots on my nose are one of my pet-peeves whenever I look at the mirror so I always try to eliminate those whiteheads/blackheads. I decided to try nose packs/patches. I've tried a lot so far But hey, I’ve found my holy grail and I’m spreading the news!

Here are the directions for using nose patches.
* Cleanse your face. Preferably with warm water so that your pores will open.
* Moisten your nose. It needs to be moist so that the patch will stick to your nose evenly.
* Wait for 15mins
* Carefully peel off the patch
* Cleanse nose with warm water again or continue with your next skin care step.

1. Bench Clear Pore Charcoal Cleaning Strip

Alert! Alert! Huge whiteheads coming!

I know it's ewwww. Hahaha. But just to show you it really works those white lil things you see are YES,whiteheads that came from my nose.

What I like about the product:

*It's effective. It really did remove the dark spots on the insides of my nose.

* Cheap. This is only for Php 22.00 ^__^

What I didn't like:

2. Beauty Credit Charcoal Nose Pore Cleaning Patch

Another eww picture I know. Hahaha. (I hope ya'll don't unfollow me after this post Hahaha!)

What I like about it:

* It has a cooling effect when you applied it on your nose. So the whole 15mins is a good experience. Hahaha.

* I liked how this one smelled than Bench's. This too has an odd smell too but it is lighter.

* Removes blackheads and whiteheads.

What I didn't like about it:

* The packaging. Look:

You see little spots there? Yeah? I don't know but I think it gives an illusion and makes it look like your whiteheads after using the product.

Will I repurchase? YES! I love how this one smells and smoothens my nose after using. I wanna try it again.

I love to travel. It's one of the best things that I was able to do ever since I started working at 18 years old. Still working at the moment... but will go back to studies this year! yay for me~! I really miss schooling.

Going back, on this gloomy Sunday. I want to make a post about my 2010 Summer trip. It is so special for me because it was composed of a lot of first times.

Tadaaa! I'm back with another product review. ^__^ So sorry for being MIA for like years... :))
Today I wanna share to you one of my current favorite hair product.

I love everything about olive. Every beauty product that has it, I am confident that I will like it because I really love how olive smells like. It smells heaven for me. ^__^
Here's a small description of this sacred tree I found on the web:

The olive tree is capable of surviving in arrid regions. Its resistance to dryness is mainly due to its leaves, which have an amazing ability to regulate water. Thanks to its important sugar content, the olive tree leaf extract provides the skin with optimal and long-lasting hydration. So when I went to Watsons (@ SM North Edsa Annex) 2 weeks ago, I found a new rack there that says new products. And my eyes are like @_@! They are all olive products, there's a body scrub, shampoo and conditioner, leave on (which is the one I'll be reviewing) and hair serums.
I was on broke that week so the only thing that I purchase is the Moisturising & Strenghtening Olive leave on conditioner.

What I like:

* This is gonna be so obvious. THE SCENT. Hahaha. I love it when someone's near me, I just whip my hair back and forth. Lol. Just kidding.

* I put the leave on when my hair is already half air-dried. I like that even though I put much of it on my hair, it doesn't feel heavy.

* It gives me my hair a nourished look and enhances my hair color. It's the Natural Brown shade of Etude House's Bubble Hair Color. (Check out my review for that here.) Though my roots are already coming back, the colored part of my mane is enhanced by this leave on.

What I don't like:

* The packaging. It's kinda messy because you does not have much control of the product when you squish it out. Probably because it's still a new product? I hope it gets better.

Will I repurchase?

Yes!

1. ETUDE House DR. OIL SOLUTION SHINE FREE DUAL PRIMER

After the first make-up workshop I joined last Saturday, I realized how bad you need to use a ood primer before putting on any BB cream/ Liquid Foundation. I'm looking for a primer that gives me that matte look and hides my big pores! I found good reviews on this one and the other thing that made me fell in love with it is that it's a 2-in-1 product, it has a moisturizer on the tube and the primer on the cap.
Cost: Below P500

2. Etude House Precious Mineral BB Compact All Day Strong (Sheer Glowing Skin)
I already have the Precious Mineral BB Cream All Day Strong (sheer glowing too) so I think the best compact to buy is this one. I hope it works on me!

3. Freshlook Contacts (Pure Hazel)

Catwalk Cosmetics gave us one-day contacts and i'm wearing the Pure Hazel on this picture. I want to buy the monthly disposable ones.

This is how happy I look after the make-up workshop that I attended yesterday. It was the Catwalk Cosmetics ~x~ Etude House Make-up Workshop held at The Living Room, San Juan, the photography studio of Mylene Chung.

(P.S: this is a photo-heavy spam post of the event and my face! hahaha. just sayin')

We had a blast as Marj Sia taught us skin care routine, step by step procedure to achieve that flawless look, eye make-up, and a lot of do's and dont's in make-up! Surely all these things are very informative to me and because we were using products that I really am inlove with, Etude house. <3<3<3

So dear readers, let me show you first my table and the make-ups that we used.

Tadaaa~ i super love the Goodbye Pore Ever of Etude House, it's a primer in a stick but it has loads of goodness in it. I swiped it on my face and mine got sheer like i didn't have my enormous pores! A must-have product. I'm looking for a good primer and I think this one's the one.

One of the freebies is a pair of Freshlook One-day Lens, this is Pure Hazel. I fell in love with it!

Marj taught us the step by step procedure of putting on personal make-up. If you can't see it here it is:

I celebrated my birthday last August 31 and that day brought heavy rains to the Metro.

My mom told me that when I was born at UST hospital she had to bring me to the building's 3rd floor because the 1st and 2nd are flooded! hahaha..

We decided to eat at Pixie's Sinugba @ Sm North Skydome. And I must,

increase my bust.

Hahaha. Just kidding. I mean I must tell you that this inihaw na bangus dish (grilled milkfish) is heaven. It's loaded with tomatoes, ginger and pandan leaves and makes the fish so yummy.

Review: Ever Bilena Advance Lip and Cheek Stain

This is my favorite lip and cheek stain so far!
For P125, I find this very effective and it gives me that flushed/after gym look! Hahaha.
I like it a lot but I have one complaint about it, the packaging!For me, when it's still new tendency is when you open there is product already squeezed out which tends to be very messy. But I'll give this a rating 10 still and you'll always see this inside my make-up pouch. ^__^

Will I repurchase? Yup.

Review: Sansan Everyday Cheek Tint

I love lip and cheek tints/stain products. For a on-the-go / lazy girl like me I don't like using powder blush sometimes if I dont have enough time so I always use lip and cheek tints.
My favorite one ran out, it's the Ever Bilena's Advance Lip and Cheek Stain so I decided to look for a cheaper one because it's not yet our pay day. ^__^

What Rose liked:
- Packaging. Small and travel-friendly.
- Cute applicator too. Looks like a nail polish.

What Rose disliked:

- It does not WORK. I hate to say this but I think it's also my role to tell other consumers what products works and what do not. I tried it on my mom's and sister's cheeks and it was like spreading water. I guess because the consistency of it is very watery, it's less effective.

Right after I applied the product.

Will I repurchase again?

Nope. Only purchased this because of their current promo. From P105 it went down to P75. So much for being a cheapo. Hahaha. Till next time folks!

The Body Shop Moringa Body Butter Review

Hello guys! Yesterday I turned 21 years old and celebrated the whole day out! That was 24 hours without shut eye so I'm worrying of posting my birthday pictures hahaha. ^__^
But today let me recommend one of my favorite products as of the moment, I got this as a gift from a friend who knows how I love nourishing my skin so he gave me The Body Shop's Moringa Body Butter.

This is the first time that I'll be using a product of The Body Shop but what I love about this product is:
* Scent. It smells super good. its amazing scent is little floral mixed with vanilla. Somehow it smells like olive to me too. :) I don't find it strong at all, and I love floral scents.
* I thought if it smells this sweet it would leave a sticky feeling on the skin so Im surprised that it didn't. Less grease but your skin has that moisturized look after.
* It's long lasting
* It moisturizes my dry skin pots well, my elbows, knees and I love putting it on my arms.

My rating: 5/5 (Isn't it obvious? :P)
Im sorry guys I can't see the exact price of this anywhere over the net while I'm posting this!

Overall, I will definitely repurchase after I finished it!
So happy with it. :)

Book Review: The Lovely Bones

Besides being in love with make-up and beautifying products, my same passion goes to books. I started reading I think when I was 5. My mother taught me the alphabet early and told me that when I was still an infant, an albularyo or folk healer threw a coin, a newspaper and a rosary to me. He told my mom that If I pick:
coin = loves money or will be successful in business
newspapaer = bright, intelligent
rosary = religious.
Guess what I first touched?
Yep. The newspaper. And true to that I've been in love with books ever since I discovered it's magical place inside our school, the library.

So today, I'm not gonna post a beauty related content. But will surely go back on it tomorrow, I promise. ^__^
But then I thought, wait? This is my blog I can post whatever I want. hahaha.

So I thought of sharing my thoughts on the last book I just finished reading.
*Warning: Some posts contains some spoilers, so if you haven't read or watched the movie adaptation, i'm just saying you've been warned. Lol.

The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold

My review:

I felt disturbed at some chapters of the book. I also skipped some paragraphs because most of them are detailed descriptions of what a character is seeing, or feeling. I just want to skip ahead to the drama and action you know. I get lazy sometimes or I can say impatient :)

I thought the killer would be caught and that at the end the family would feel that they've finally taken revenge against the man who killed their first born. But I strongly believe that it wasn't what Alice Sebold wants to relay.

She led me into thinking that letting go is the first step of moving forward.

She designed the novel in a theme where Susie became miserable of not being with her family, of just seeing them from her own heaven. Then she realizes that her absence is what makes the people she left more connected to each other. The book told me to let go of things that doesn't keep you forward. Of friendships.

Of how you need to follow your desires sometimes because you'll never know if you're still on Earth the day after.

I haven't watched the movie. :P

I must say that I love the book. It's haunting. The fact that how Susie is killed can happen to just any girl we all know. But I love how the book tells you to love, to hope, face your fears and that the people who left doesn't really leave. They're still here. Lurking. Guiding as through.

P.S (spoiler alert):

There was this one chapter where she possessed her friend's body to make love to her long time crush. I find it funny but interesting. It's like a dream come true for a teenager you know. ^__^ Sebold crafter that scene very well. I'm planning to stream the movie and a part of me wants to check if they included that scene. Hahaha.

The Diary of Anne Frank & The Lovely Bones

I've been wanting to get these 2 books so I went to Booksale to look for them, to my surprise they were just there lying on top of a magazine shelf unattended. I worried someone just left them there so i waited but there was no one so I immediately took them and paid for it. The books were at P70 each, just a dollar baby! :)

Elf Healthy Glow Bronzing Powder

So after I read Kikaysimaria's review on this ELF brownzing powder (and was shocked that it was so cheap, it's only P129.) I haven't tried it that much so I really can't make a review yet. But I will soon on my birthday leave. :) Check out more of their products on their FB page.

I got myself a blush/bronzing brush too. Let's see if they'll do wonders to me.

I'll be 21 by the end of the month. Should I be happy or what? Hahaha.

Unfortunately, our weekend plan to go to Tagaytay is cancelled due to the typhoon being experienced by the Philippines as of the moment. I really do hope it goes out as soon as possible. I had some traumatic experiences when a super typhoon hit the PH last 2009, (Ondoy), and I can't help but think about that horrible day when the weather is like this.

What a way to start a blog post. *scratch that*

But what I just want to say is that I'm really excited for my birthday, I might just be shopping with the family that day due to the weather! Hahaha.

P.S: The bed weather makes me so crazy, I'm thinking of reviewing some Etude house products that I'm using but ugh, the weather wants me to just watch Koreanovelas at Youtube. Hahaha.

Operation: Eyebags Be Gone Project

Yup I worked for Xbox. And I'm basically doing nothing here while being paid. Haha. (Circa 2009)
I miss my long hair!

I've been working in the call center industry for almost 3 years now and that shouts graveyard shifts and numerous hours of being in front of the computer. This was the only job I can't get as an undergraduate but at the same time I'm happy because after 3 years, I'm finally going back to school! :)

But because of my job, As a result, I became a panda. Kidding. ^___^

I noticed to have black under eye circles plus fine lines plus little bumps appearing in the corner of my eyes near the nose bridge. It can be what they call Milia seeds but as fas as I know, it's not going to that point yet so I'm trying hard to avoid them.

So I started my Operation: Eyebags be gone forever project! (Is it kinda redundant? oh whatevs.)
Here are the following steps I'm doing protect that delicate skin under my eyes.

- I changed my computer habits by giving 15mins break every after hour as much as possible. At home I also do this so that my eyes won't be exposed that much to the monitor.

- Also did you know that drinking too many drinks before bedtime can cause you baggy eyes after sleeping? The reason behind this is drinking fluids before bedtime increases your body's fluid retention and the likelihood it will settle in your eyes during sleep.
Gahd I used to drink lots of water before and even tea!

- CUCUMBER SLICES still the best!

The cucumber slices on the eyes is not a way through which you can look funny, but actually a way to pamper the skin surrounding your eyes. Cucumbers are rich in minerals, so cut two fresh slices of cucumber and place them for 10 or 15 minutes on your eyes to allow the minerals to be absorbed by the skin.

- I started using eye creams.

I'm currently using Etude House's Eye's Cream in Vanilla Moist and I'm also applying Human Nature Sunflower beauty oil. Both really moisturizes my eyes and is perfect before applying concealer.

- And last but not the least, CONCEALER! :) Always go one-half to one shade lighter than your skin.

my fridge goodies!

I dunno about you but I just love putting my masks and other skin care products in the fridge so that when it's time for me to use them, it feels so refreshing.
Is this bad? I just want to know.

The one on the back that says 3 for P88 are Daiso's Catena Facial Masks. They're really great for my skin and so cheap! Will have to go there again for more and new products. ^____^
Next is my Moisturizer Cucumber Pack from Watsons (I think this is around P39), my Etude House Happy Tea Time Cleaning Tissue for lazy days when I go straight to my room after a long day, and my Garnier Eye Brightening Roll-on which I already threw by the way because after months of using it I didn't really notice any effects. o_O pffft.

I always have a special spot on our fridge. Hahaha. ^___^

Every person who wears make-up should also remember that a good cleansing needs to come after that. If you wear eye make-ups all the time, you should invest on a good eye make-up remover.

I got this product as a freebie on my first ever Etude House make-up haul. And who doesn't love freebies right? I got the 25ml trial pack, the commercial size is at 80ml for Php198, still good for the wallet. ^_^

Directions for usage as per the bottle: After shaking bottle to mix oil & water layers, apply solution to cotton pad until wet. Apply wet pad to eye, hold for 10 seconds and then wipe to remove makeup.

Likes:

1. Has a pleasant smell.

2. It doesn't sting. Before I use my toner to remove waterproof mascara because my facial wash can't cover much of my under-eyes skin. So the first time I applied I was honestly expecting my eyes to sting, wahaha. I promise I look goofy after I noticed that I didn't fee anything.

3. It's oil based so when I sweep the product on to my eyes it removes my mascara and eyeshadow easily. But you gotta use more cotton for removing waterproof eye make-ups. Which is ok. Might not work for others though. I recommend you do this first then grab your favorite cleansing wash.

4. It's cheap. I've used half of the product already and i will be buying the 80ml after. This is good for people who have a tight budget.

5. It made my eyelashes thick. based on my opinion, i noticed that after I used it, my lashes looked thicker and longer. Will do a research on the ingredients so that I can see if my forecast is true. Hahaha.

Ingredients: Cyclopentasiloxane, water, hydrogenated polydecene, dipropylene glycol, alcohol denat, sodium chloride, phenoxyethanol, methylparaben, parfum, dipotassium glycyrrhizate, benzophenone-9, caprylyl/capryl glucoside, betaine, butylene glycol (and) water (and) portulaca oleracea extract, disodium EDTA, rosa centifolia flower water (and) alcohol denat, red 4, blue 1, yellow 5

* None so far actually.

I'm a new beauty blogger and I don't have that much budget to spend for make-ups and skin care products. I haven't tried other promising brands like what other beauty bloggers do (Shu Uemura, Mac Cosmetics, Laura Mercier etc.) but my blog will only tell you my personal takes on the products I used. If it works for me I'll tell you, if it didn't I'll do the same. I can only give you my honesty, my pretty face (ok, i'm just kidding there. hahaha.) and my uhm. wait. i can't add anymore. Hahaha.

Please don't expect me to post comparisons of brands...yet. Maybe someday when I'm already a CEO of a make-up company.

Retail Therapy

Imagine that. Aweek before our payday, I dropped by Etude House and bought lovely products! Oh what retail therapy can bring. Hahaha. I plan on making reviews on them too within this week, but for now. Here's what I bought:

They don't have the slippers for freebie for 1000 worth of purchases (Sm North Branch, The Block) so they just gave me 2 moistfull masks, but oh well i still love Etude House :)

I got Precious Minerall BB Cream All Day strong (Sheer Glowy skin),

Eye's Cream (Vanilla) and Essence Masks.

OMG. My wallet's crying now! Hahaha.

Purchased Ponds Naturals Day Cream Facial Foam and Daily Cream. I heard a lot of good reviews on this so I wanna try.

Review : Etude House Bubble Hair Coloring (Natural Brown)

Hi folks! I had a hard time deciding on what product should I put as my first ever review post. I plan on dividing them on to categories like hair, make-up, skin care and all that stuffs (I won't note them down all. ^_^).

I also wanna let everybody know that I'm really into Korean Cosmetics as I'm Asian, so their products are very compatible to my skin, I must say. I also love local brands here in the Philipppines, things i buy at local drugstores.

Moreover, let's start reviewing! ^_^

I heard about this great product that Etude House sell while I was backreading at Erika Jiang's Tumblr, she made a review about it and coincidentally that day I was ranting on how my roots are coming back now and I hate them. So I decided to purchase.
It's always OOS (Out-of-stock) especially this shade so I finally gave up waiting and bought from an online friend over Facebook who sells Etude House products, check her page too! Han Ryu.

My black hair roots...coming back for revenge. wahaha. ^_^

Bubble Hair Coloring to the rescue! ^_^

The packaging is so cute I still have the sachets and the bottle for the solution. Hahaha. Lame. But the package contains this:

1. Hair coloring packet;

2. White Pump bottle which has a ready hair solution that you will used with number 1;

3. Silky Perfume Treatment (which smells really good btw);

3. Instructions paper (But it's all written in Korean so the pictures are my only reference;

4. Gloves and Plastic cape.

Let's start coloring! Here are the steps I got from the Internet since the pictures can only do so much ;)

Step 1: Combine hair coloring packet with pump bottle; mix bottle contents.
IMPORTANT: Do not shake the pump bottle like your Juice in cans before you drink em. Just sway the pump bottle from left to right for like a minute or two. Plus, you can say that the solution is now ready because you will feel that it's now warm.

Step 2: Put on provided gloves and wear cape on your neck.

Step 3: Apply evenly to hair and make sure it won't go to your ears or to eyes. I suggest you apply the now bubble foam solution to your top layer then part you hair to get to the bottom strands.

Step 4: Massage dye into hair until completely covered. Leave solution for about 30mins then rinse off.

Step 5: Use the Silky Perfume Treatment. This is like a conditioner/moisturizer because my hair got dry after rinsing the dye. You can also use any conditioner that you want after.

Tadaaaa! ~ Here's the after-pictures!

Note: I applied the dye twice. I think because of me having a very thick hair, I wasn't able to cover everything the first time I applied. So I redo it the next day, and i'm happy with the results!

I cropped this because I don't look good in this picture. hahaha.

This was 2 days after coloring my hair. I love it especially when I'm out in the sun. See that my hair is brown from roots to end.

Likes:

* Cheap

* The dye does not contain harsh chemicals unlike others. I didn't notice any damage created on my hair after using it.

* The Silky Perfume Treatment smells so good!

* The process is so fun, you're just like shampooing your hair.

* My roots were colored and the end ones too. I think I have copperish dye applied on it last year and it now turned brown.

Dislikes:

* I wish they produce more of this in the market so it won't go OOS all the time.

* I realized I really don't have any dislikes on it. Hahaha.

My rating for this product is : 10/10 ! :)
